Q: I have made my payment, why can’t I log into the website? I don’t have a username.
A: Please log into your email and look for an email from VisonMixer TV entitled “Complete your registration.” Follow the email instructions to complete the registration process.

Q. Can I log in to my account on my computer and mobile devices simultaneously? Only one person can be logged into the account at a time. You have a limit of 3 devices per purchase.
Q. How long will my account be valid? Archives will be accessible until June 1, 2017
Q. Will the videos and photos be accessible after the events? Yes, all archives will be available until June 1, 2017
